Help & Support

Everything you need to get started, and how to reach us. We answer every email, usually within 24 hours: contact@aiinfluencerstudio.app.

Getting started

  1. Create a free account: you get 100 free credits.
  2. Create your AI influencer from a description or a photo, so the same face appears in every image and video.
  3. Optional: train a character model (LoRA) for the most consistent face across sets.
  4. Generate content in the studios: photo sets, videos, UGC ads and mini-drama series.
  5. Connect your platforms to analyze and schedule (see below).

Connect Fanvue

  • Open Fanvue Analytics or the Fanvue Agent and click Connect Fanvue. You sign in on Fanvue and choose the permissions to grant. We never see your Fanvue password.
  • Fanvue Analytics shows your earnings, subscribers, top fans, tracking links and coaching tips.
  • Fanvue Agent: describe the set you want (for example "4 cozy morning photos for subscribers, Sunday 9pm New York, with a free teaser"). The agent plans and generates the photos, writes the captions and blurs a teaser. Nothing is posted until you click Approve, then it posts or schedules on your Fanvue.
  • Disconnect anytime with the disconnect button in Fanvue Analytics: your access tokens are deleted immediately. You can also revoke access from your Fanvue settings.

Credits and plans

  • Every generation shows its credit cost before it starts. Agents reserve a budget and refund what they don't use.
  • Plans add credits every month and unlock more tools. See Pricing & plans.
  • Cancel anytime from the Pricing page; you keep your plan until the end of the period.

Content rules

Adults only, fictional adult characters, and consent always. No minors or underage-looking characters, no real people without consent, no non-consensual content. The tools refuse these requests automatically. Full rules: Terms of Service.
